Stranger Things Season Two Has an Ominous New Teaser Trailer and Poster
And an earlier release date.

While the second season of last year's Netflix breakout Stranger Things remains shrouded in mystery, its October debut is getting closer, and it's becoming clearer what the cast meant when they said the show was getting "darker."
The newly released poster for Season Two shows Will Byers and the gang facing down what appears to be a much larger, more fiery and apocalyptic threat than the Demogorgon that terrorized their town during the first season. The release date has also been brought forward—Season Two will now drop on October 27, instead of its planned Halloween debut.
What else do we know? Season Two will pick up one year later, in 1984, and will be longer than Season One at nine episodes. Will Byers will still be struggling after his return from the Upside Down, his mother Joyce has a new boyfriend played by Sean Astin, and though Eleven will be back, Barb really is gone for good.
