Arm Yourself With This Household Appliance That Makes Cleaning A Breeze

Dyson V8 Fluffy is a competent sucker for dust and dirt.

Unimpressed by how unwieldy and inefficient conventional vacuum cleaners were, James Dyson went out of his way to create a better sucker. Inspired by the centrifugal forces of industrial cyclones, he created a vacuum cleaner with Dyson Root Cyclone tech. Years later, he would improve upon his innovation with the Dyson DC16, which was cord-free. Ten years after that, the Dyson V8 Fluffy is introduced. With a digital motor (manufactured in Singapore) that spins up to 110,000RPM, it weighs 2.6KG and handles like a dream since the motor and battery’s centre of gravity is situated near the grip. Not only does it have a 40MIN runtime, it has 115AW of suction, is 50 percent quieter and has a hygienic dirt ejector. The device comes with an array of nozzle attachments that you can switch easily for sucking up dust that’s hiding in whatever nook and cranny you need to get to.

The Dyson V8 Fluffy retails for SGD999 and is available at major departmental and electrical stores including Tangs, Takashimaya, Harvey Norman, Best Denki, Courts and Gain City. The Dyson V8 Absolute (that comes with the direct-drive cleaner head) retails for SGD1,099 and is available only at Best Denki.
