Seiko Has Teamed Up With Japanese Photographers To Create Stunning Watch Straps

Daido Moriyama and Nobuyoshi Araki have lent their snaps to the project.

To celebrate the release of their 'Grand Seiko Black Ceramic Limited Edition' at international watch-fest Baselworld, Seiko has collaborated with masters of Japanese photography to create some stellar, artsy straps.

Contemporary snappers Daido Moriyama and Nobuyoshi Araki have contributed their most iconic photographs to the Seiko's "avante garde" project, and the results are gorgeous.

Moriyama's shots focus on nature and urban landscapes, while Araka's artistic attention points towards eroticism, sex and death.

Two of the 'Black Ceramic Limited Edition' chronograph editions were released this month, while two other GMT versions will be launched in July. Check out the website here, and gaze at the designs below…
