While it might not quite have a waiting list of five years, the Rolex Yacht-Master is nevertheless one of the Swiss watchmaker's most popular and recognisable models.

First introduced in 1992 as an update of the Submariner, Rolex's latest looks set to be one of its boldest yet; featuring a 40mm a steel and 18K Everose gold case that sits atop a metallic brown face with subtle pink accents for that high roller aesthetic.

If pink isn't quite your thing, then the watch also comes in more conventional steel and platinum versions.

Waterproof to 100 metres and with a virtually scratch-proof sapphire crystal face, the Yacht-Master is as much a proper sports watch as it is a showy timepiece.

While the watch initially debuted at Baselworld back in March, a general release of the slick Yach-Master is expected imminently, priced at around about £10,000.
