You don’t need to have a huge, expensive production involving various international superstars, standing shoulder to shoulder and singing “We Are The World” to illustrate the binding power of music and how it transcends race and religion to bring people together. Just watch Korean contrabass player, Jun-Hyuk Choi who, while on vacation in Florence, asked a group of street performers if he could join them. The impromptu trio then proceeded to play the jazz standard “Autumn Leaves”.
