Well, it finally happened. Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond have announced the name of their new Amazon Prime show. It will be called The Grand Tour and will air sometime this fall.
Clarkson kicked things off this morning with the big announcement.
Start the smoke. We have a name.— Jeremy Clarkson (@JeremyClarkson) May 11, 2016
As Richard Hammond then explained, there's a reason the name was chosen.
We've got a name. And it was bleeding obvious cos it's what we're doing: coming from a different place every weekhttps://t.co/T93o2M7dh9— Richard Hammond (@RichardHammond) May 11, 2016
And since it's now going to be a traveling show, you may even get to watch it film.
So, the Grand Tour (GT for short) will come from a tent, which we will put up in a different location every week. Your town?— Jeremy Clarkson (@JeremyClarkson) May 11, 2016
In case you were curious about potential anagrams, May was sure to point this one out.
Still. It's an anagram of Hot Grunt, Dear.— James May (@MrJamesMay) May 11, 2016
