BlackBerry goes all Android
BlackBerry has adopted the Android OS, but is it for the better?

It’s the BlackBerry PRIV, a smartphone that is powered by the Android OS but still retains some of BlackBerry’s key advantages. The PRIV model is all about security like the Verified Boot and Secure Bootchain that ensure tamper-free hardware and software, and the DTEK app that monitors application access. When it comes to keyboards, PRIV affords both virtual and physical, with a touchscreen and a QWERTY backlit keyboard that slides out beneath its 5.4in quad HD display.
BlackBerry PRIV retails at SGD1,098 and is available at all BlackBerry authorised retailers.
