Cheek by Jowl and the Balvenie unite for a special one-day dinner run.

The focus on the meal is only a one-sided affair. The experience of a meal can only be fully sated when both food and drink meet in blissful matrimony, a pairing betwixt what’s on the plate and what’s in the glass.

The one-night collaboration between Cheek by Jowl and The Balvenie, Chef Rishi Naleendra will concoct a five-course meal that will complement the Scotch whisky brand’s 125-year history. Diners will sample dishes like snapper smoked by cask wood and hay-flavoured ice-cream along with whisky pairings that includes the Balvenie Caribbean Cask (14 Year Old) and the Balvenie PortWood (21 Year Old).  And not only will the Balvenie’s Regional Brand Ambassador, Neil Strachan, be on hand to regale patrons through the distillery’s five rare crafts, he will also be unveiling a surprise whisky revealed during the courses.

The Cheek By Jowl and The Balvenie Collaborative Menu will happen on one glorious night, the 28th February. Located at 21 Boon Tat Street, the five-course dinner is priced at SGD138++ per guests. For reservations and information, call 6221 1911.
