Check Out Smoke & Mirrors' new Tiger's Blood Daisy Cocktail

The rooftop bar at National Gallery will set your drink on fire, literally. No tigers were or will be harmed in the making of this cocktail.

Sorry, wannabe Charlie Sheens, there’s no tiger’s blood in this. Nor does it contain the anabolic steroid with a similar name. But rather it is a drink that’ll set you right for a relaxing afternoon as you think about the paintings that you’ve just seen at the National Gallery. Over more tipple, natch.

Reposado tequila—that’s aged tequila, thank you very much—brings in the guns, while homemade sour plum grenadine syrup and Mombasa ginger beer give a tangy, fizzy boost. After a squeeze of lime, you’ll be treated to a touch of flash as the drink is set on fire at your table. And nobody should ever turn his or her back on a bit of theatre, so let this be your first.

Besides, you have several more off the menu to down, including the intriguing collection of art-inspired cocktails. Rest assured, they’re not only good to look at, but also tasty to boot. With every drink close to perfection and a spectacular view to inspire, there’s really nothing better to boost your cultural dabbling. Best of all, it’s a whole-day bar. Winning!

Tiger Blood Daisy is priced at SGD20++ and available from Smoke & Mirrors at #06-01 The National Gallery, 1 Saint Andrews Road.
